Brief subject description:
Předmětem Soutěže je zpracování architektonicko-urbanistického návrhu pro účely budoucí výstavby nového železničního Terminálu Jihlava VRT, železniční estakády přes dálnici D1 a další navazující dopravní a technické infrastruktury v rozsahu řešeného území, které budou součástí vysokorychlostního úseku VRT Vysočina. Terminál bude sloužit jako přestupní uzel mezi VRT Vysočina, konvenční tratí a hromadnou dopravou a zároveň jako P+R bod pro dojíždění z oblasti kraje Vysočina.

The subject of the Competition is the elaboration of an architectural and urban design for the purposes of the future construction of the new Jihlava VRT (Jihlava HSL) Railway Terminal, the railway flyover over the D1 motorway and other related transport and technical infrastructure in the scope of the Concerned Area, which will be part of the high-speed section of the VRT Vysočina (HSL Highlands). The terminal will serve as a transfer junction between the VRT Vysočina, conventional line and public transport and also as a P+R point for commuting from the Vysočina Region.

  Účelem a posláním Soutěže je nalézt a ocenit nejvhodnější řešení předmětu Soutěže, které splní požadavky Zadavatele obsažené v Soutěžních podmínkách a v soutěžních podkladech a vybrat účastníky, s nimiž bude v JŘBU navazujícím na Soutěž v souladu s ustanovením § 143 odst. 2 a § 65 ZZVZ Zadavatel jednat o zadání Následné zakázky dle odst. 3.3 Soutěžních podmínek.
  Předpokládaná hodnota Následné zakázky: 30 000 000,- Kč bez DPH.
  
  The total amount of prizes and rewards in the Competition is CZK 8,000,000 without VAT.
  
  The purpose and mission of the Competition is to find and award the most suitable solution to the subject of the Competition that will meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority contained in the Competition Terms and Conditions and in the Competition Documents and to select the participants with whom the Contracting Authority will negotiate the award of the Ensuing Contract in the NPWP following the Competition in accordance with the provisions of Section 143(2) and Section 65 of the PPA.
  Estimated value of the Ensuing Contract: CZK 30,000,000 without VAT.
